Let us pursuit the goal of 2015 with dedication and determination but with never neglecting the believe and trust to god almighty, the triple gem (ken cho sum) and the root teacher (tsa wai lam).

Update from kuenselonline (the daily Bhutan national newspaper) and BBS (Bhutan Broadcasting Service).

Browsing kuenselonline as soon I wake up is my daily schedule. Bhutan is ahead of +6 hours ahead of GMT and Spain is +1 hours ahead of GMT. The time difference between Bhutan and Spain is 5 hours. Bhutan is ahead of 5 hours from Spain. As soon as I wake up around 9am in the morning, Bhutan is 1pm in the afternoon. The update in kuenselonline is already done for the day. I get update as soon I wake up about the Bhutan.
Usually kuenselonline update the news which happen one day before. But I know the news of particular days from BBS. The BBS update their collected news of the day after 6pm BST (Bhutan Standard Time).

I pay my gratitude to Kuensel Corporation and BBSC (Bhutan Broadcasting Service Corporation) for keeping me update. I also thank Miss Chimi Lhamo, a student of Riga University, Latvia for forwarding me a mail the daily eKuensel.

2014 is leaving.

Time keep on changing. Days making to week, weeks to months and ultimately months to year. Twelve months makes a year. 52 weeks makes a year. 365 days makes a year. December month is the 12th month of the year. Today is 20th December, 2014. A year 2014 has come to end. Among the month, it reach to the last month of the year. Among the weeks, a year 2014 reach to 51st week which is the second last week of the year. And 11 days to wind up 2014.
Life is short like a transient period of lightning. A New Year mean one more year has come closer to death. We are uncertain of where and when our death may occur. Therefore let us lead our life meaningfully and mindfully in all year we live in.
After 11 days, a New Year 2015 will arrive. We can’t predict what may happen in year 2015. But I have only one thing in my heart, my only root teacher. I have faith and believe to my root teacher. The credit for my success goes to my root teacher and of course many more people.
As 2015 is arriving soon, I wish each one of you, “A happy new year, 2015. Have fun but never forget to pray on the other hand”.

Chasing your dream lead to sleepless night.

I think many of you have experience a sleepless night. We try to sleep but can’t sleep. We never really realize why we experience a sleepless night. I will share my own experience why I experience sleepless night.
The moment you start do pillow mantra (dreaming of future as you sleep), it get connected to another dream. And get connected to another dream. It goes on till our night of sleepless night is being created. Then we try our best to sleep but we can’t sleep peacefully with heavy mind. A mind with hopes and dreams of future.
After an hours long of dreaming, mind get totally exhausted. By then it is early in the morning. It is time to wake up. We prefer to sleep over waking up. We miss our daily schedule due to morning deep sleep till afternoon.

I would never chase dream anymore at night. I will avoid doing pillow mantra.

Source:www.google.com

Sadness is the one among the emotions of our life. Reason behind the sadness in the world are unfathomable. There are many reason to be sad. Sadness in deed is the challenging feeling to handle with. It is cause by upsetting events of the life. The melancholy caused by deep sadness might begin to interfere with your day to day activities, ultimately leaving you feeling unenthusiastic and even worthless. You are in Aggression zone, the zone which consist of strong negative external emotion as well with the strong negative internal emotions to hinder your goal.

It is in your hand and mind to decide to bring to the track of Passion Zone. The Passion zone is the zone which consist of strong positive emotions such as joy and pride. There is no doubt, you can win to turn back to passion zone and finally to Comfort zone. The only you need is to understand, failure is the part of journey. Your courage and enthusiasm count a lot during the failure.

Bhutan National dress surprising international student of Spain.

Preparing to walk like a Bhutanese to school.

It has been two months without wearing national dress (gho for man and kira for woman). Two months isn’t long enough but for me, I feel like two years has been passed. The only reason could be I wanted to be responsible citizen having mind of knowing the meaning of Bhutan tradition and adopt practically.
It is easy to go to school in paint and shirt (here in Spain) but going in Bhutan National dress gave me a different feeling and possession. Today I went to school in my national dress (gho). I feel like I am in Bhutan as I wear gho. The way of acting gets alter as I wear gho. I feel like professor are Bhutanese and naturally my attitude of acting goes like Bhutanese student in the class. The way of looking towards professor and way of answering to the question put by professors.
Speaking frankly, attending class with wearing paint and shirt gives me a different feeling. The feeling of non-Bhutanese. We can act like students of international. Acting like any other International student in the sense, I can sit whatever position I like, go out of class at any time I like to go, wear hat inside class and many informal things that Bhutanese don’t do in the class.
The immediate response from the friends of international and Spain can be describe as “amazement” for peculiar dress. Almost all are seeing for the first time. They just admire the Bhutan National dress. I even explained to few friends about the different dress wear by man and women, the significance of different part of dress and when and where we wear dress after their enquiries. The enquiries they put seems to be difficult because they asked critically for every piece of dress but within the boundary of the dress. With critical question, I was realized to know the meaning of every part of the Bhutan National dress is more important.
One question was “Is that your traditional dress that wear only on occasion?” The question made me to think our National dress represent traditional dress as well as national dress. I replied “No, this is our national dress and we wear every day”. I asked “what is your national dress?” The answer I got was, we really don’t have national dress but some typical traditional which only wear on special occasion. I concluded, the countries all over the globe just wear paint and shirt. Bhutan is exceptionally perfect in this regards. We have very peculiar dress among all the countries. I feel proud of being Bhutanese. I love the national dress. I love my king, country and people.
My friend Anup Thapa walking majestically with international students.

Can't leave class without a capture, so I asked one.

Thought of taking photo at exit of Building No.11 just to store as memory.
